Its origin from the Romagna region, marked it as the base ‘Ingredient’ of the Piadina Romagnola. Just a bit of fantasy is needed to elaborate some original and delicious ‘Piadine’ that can be a real alternative to the lesser healthy fast food sandwiches. The most traditional ‘Piadina’ is the one with ‘The Squacquerone and Rucola’ (rocket salad), delicious, light and nutrient at the same time.
